Modern Design Revival Collection Projects from Architects Magnus after being shelved due to investor pull out, the jackdaw project was “revived” by a new developer. fortunately, the houses were built largely per our original plans. We actively collaborated on design decisions from conception throughout construction to make sure our original design concepts were maintained. Modern Design Revival Collection Projects 2 – 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath 4200 square foot luxe residences set in mission hills.

Casa Mirador de Agridulce / XPIRAL: Justification for the urban insertion location: Murcia, Spain Design by XPIRAL – Javier Peña Galiano Architect at April 2002 – 2006. Being an isolated home design, the element of union with the city is the garden, which acts as a filter between the street and neighbors. The entire home is made of lightweight structural concrete, which is seen inside and outside. The interior deign staircase sewn vertically different programs and is the only common to all levels of the step casa.

Mirador House of Agridulce / XPIRAL: Justification for the urban insertion
Casa Mirador de Agridulce / XPIRAL lightweight structures and enclosures (aluminum, glass and wood) colonize the interior space to create partitions and other facades. With a continuous vegetation cover in the area that connects parents and children in the higher elevation of the home.
