Beaumaris Modern Dream House by Maddison Architects

By matalangit On November 24th, 2009

This Modern Dream House designed by Maddison Architects in the Beaumaris suburb of Melbourne, Australia is a great place to find dream house projects. The Modern Dream House is split into two rectangular boxes. The black, zinc-clad southern box encloses modern living, kitchen and outdoor spaces, and cantilevers out beyond its ground floor enclosure to capture 270° Port Phillip Bay views. Exterior and interior designs are made from interesting combination of modern materials with wood. The discrete activities of the dream house, such as sleeping and bathing, are accommodated with the separate masonry northern wing. The geography, great architects and wealth of some people doing their work. Maddison Architects is one of such companies and Beaumaris House is one of such modern houses design.

There are a lot of wooden elements in the house what makes cosy. Large window and a lot of opened spaces make the house owners closer to great australian weather.
